Hello

My name is Amy Wagner and I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachalors & Masters Degree in healthcare. I have been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 9 years. In those nine years, I have been able to provide quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages and socioeconomic statuses.  I value the relationship I get to develop with patients that comes from active listening and caring.

In 2019, I moved to Montana to live the outdoor life. I love every minute spent skiing or hiking. When not outside, I enjoy being part of the Bozeman community and spending time with my family.

Approach

As the patient you are the best advocate for your care. You know your health and illness better than anyone else. Knowing this, I vow to listen to you and seek out the best treatments to help you achieve your health goals. In this partnership you will have the freedom to choose whether or not to take my recommendations or advice. However, there are times that if those recommendations are not taken, I will have the freedom to refuse further care such as prescribing medication or providing additional visits. In times that you and I may not agree, we can respectfully work toward a solution, trusting that we have positive health goals in common. As a partner in your care, I will always be honest with you and I ask the same. If we ever feel that I am no longer the best fit for your care I will refer you to someone who might be.

Disclaimer

As part of my contract with Bozeman Deaconess Hospital I will not be able to offer services to any current patient of their Pediatrics, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine clinics. If you are a patient of there please call their offices for continued care. Also, if you become a patient at one of those practices after receiving care from Grace & Life your relationship with Grace & Life must end.
